Description: Gordon England, Stormwater Solutions, Inc., spent many hours pouring through Stormwater files and his own memory to come up with most of these projects. The Brevard County Stormwater Atlas was completed in January of 2010. Mr. England placed pegs on a Google Earth map to represent the project locations and created an excel table of the projects, drainage area, year built, project cost, grant funding, benefits, and amount of TN / TP removed by each. The Atlas has been amended and updated by Cindy Lieberman since 2010.
Description: This feature shows the border of Brevard County. This copy is to be used for the sole purpose of the Basin Picker application.*Do Not Copy*This feature was created using a spreadsheet maintained by Asset Management. This spreadsheet contains a list of all county owned land assets and includes (for most of the records) a tax ID, Asset Number, Customer Name (Department), Asset Description, Notes and Acres. These data were joined with the Brevard County Parcels_Processed feature. It is not a 100% complete representation of all the land that is County owned. This feature contains only those properties that had enough data that they could be mapped.

Description: To produce the baseload catchment layer the loads in the Grid_Basin_v7_NormalizedValues layer were used. The Grid_Basin_v7_NormalizedValues layer contains load values per 50m by 50m grid cell over the entire area of interest. The Catchments_Water_Quality_Basins_v7 summarizes these loads by catchment basin.

Description: This layer was created using the Brevard County D5 outfalls layer. The layer was then modified to include all outfalls into navigable waterways that lead to either the Indian River Lagoon or to the St. Johns River. To ensure that all of the outfalls were included data was gathered from cities and towns (Palm Bay, Melbourne, Satellite Beach, Cape Canaveral, Titusville, Cocoa Beach, Rockledge, Cocoa, Indian Harbour Beach, Melbourne Beach, and Malabar), the St. Johns Water Management District (SJRWMD, Jill Stokes), Brevard County, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Marine Resources Council (MRC), and University of Central Florida (UCF). Aerial imagery was photointerpreted by Applied Ecology, Inc. (AEI) to determine if there were any missing outfalls that were not included in the data received by the sources already listed. All outfalls were given a value that indicates the confidence in the outfall location.
